Lead Graphics Designer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Visual Design Director to spearhead our graphic design initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a highly responsible position that requires exceptional leadership, creativity, and technical skills. As Senior Visual Design Director, you will lead a team of designers to create visually stunning graphics for educational content.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive visual brand strategy across all educational platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles in the EdTech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience managing external vendors and outsourcing graphic projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
