3D Visualization Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualization Artist with a strong background in architectural visualization to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic images and animations that showcase building designs and bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform 2D architectural drawings into detailed 3D models using software such as Autodesk Revit or SketchUp.
  • Design and animate interior and exterior walkthroughs and flythroughs that capture the essence of a space.
  • Produce stunning photorealistic renders with accurate lighting, textures, and materials that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and marketing teams to visualize project concepts and ensure seamless communication throughout the design process.
  • Develop interactive 3D experiences using Unity 3D (optional) to provide an immersive experience for clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality visual assets on time for client presentations and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or other industry-standard software.
  • Experience with texture painting, material creation, and lighting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
