About the Senior HR Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing employee attendance records, timesheets, payroll administration, and statutory deductions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records for accuracy in timesheets.
  • Administer and process payroll, including PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
  • Maintain and update leave management systems to ensure fair and consistent implementation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations effectively.
  • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and audits.
  • Drive the offer rollout process by drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters efficiently.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks like maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations accurately.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing smoothly.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation promptly.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements effectively.
