Sr. HR Manager Position

This role will play a key part in overseeing and managing various aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Culture Building, and Employee Relations.

  • Performance Management

    The Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for leading performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and annual performance calibration with senior leadership team members. This will involve providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans, as well as implementing employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration

    The Sr. HR Manager will assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, provide guidance to senior leaders on annual salary revision, manage the annual performance bonus payout, and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits. They will also have experience in job level / grade / designation restructuring.

  • Talent Development

    The Sr. HR Manager will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles. They will implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training to cater to diverse learning styles. The Sr. HR Manager will coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of technical and soft skills training sessions, establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs, conduct regular evaluations, and gather feedback from participants.

  • Culture Building and Employee Engagement

    The Sr. HR Manager will foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity. They will develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction, ensure effective communication channels within the organization, and facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.

  • Organizational Design and Structure

    The Sr. HR Manager will assess and design organizational structures that support business goals and improve efficiency. They will clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability within the organization.

  • Employee Relations

    The Sr. HR Manager will develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputable institution. They will have a minimum of 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, exposure to HRMS tools, and an understanding of LMS and other training tools.

The successful candidate will have high-level professionalism and integrity, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
