Customer Retention Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned customer retention strategist to drive business growth through effective customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer journey maps, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive results-driven outcomes.
  • Create end-to-end customer experiences that span the entire lifecycle, from acquisition to long-term loyalty.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Design and maintain analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators and optimize customer interactions.
  • Drive insights and learnings to improve future strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and stay up-to-date on new feature rollouts.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer retention or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, including Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
