Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on initiatives to maximize revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing strategies and enabling teams with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of early-stage startup experience on the business side.
  • A passion for all things business and sales, and a willingness to get hands-on to achieve results.
  • The ability to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
