Job Opportunity: Growth and Go To Market Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Growth and Go To Market (GTM) specialist to lead our strategic initiatives.

As a GTM specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive GTM plans to drive growth, expand market share, and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and building scalable operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute GTM Plans:

  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM efforts with company goals.
  • Analyze data and metrics to refine outreach, messaging, and future campaigns.

Webinars & Events for Growth Enablement:

  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align events/webinars with GTM goals.
  • Leverage event insights and feedback to refine outreach and messaging.

Data-Driven Product & Business Decisions:

  • Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to inform product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech or high-growth startups.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
  • Experience in planning and executing webinars/events will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
