Job Title: Account Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to fill the role of an Account Growth Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in client servicing, sales, and account management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Business Objectives: Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and meet client expectations.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- New Business Development: Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations to secure new clients and projects.
- Account Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
- Sales Experience: Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills to build strong client relationships and resolve complex issues.
