Job Description:

The Senior Manager New Business plays a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

This senior-level position focuses on spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development or growth role, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
  • Hands-on experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
