Job Title: Strategic Program Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our change and transformation efforts.

  • Establish best practices and operational frameworks within global capability centers.
  • Manage end-to-end programs to deliver business outcomes, support organizational strategy, and influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Managing project transitions into the global capability center, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Establishing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects within the organizational constraints.
  • An understanding of program management methodologies and best practices.
