Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of a small team, ensuring the quality and performance of our products.

This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia, working directly with a utility client to implement Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project deliverables, meeting customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as project plans and JIRA boards.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation.
  • Provide project status reports and debriefs to company leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the business and IT organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and a keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.
