Program Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the successful implementation of our life skills programs across various schools.

  • This role involves collaborating with school stakeholders, supporting teachers in delivering the programs, and conducting training programs as required.
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth rollout and delivery of our life skills programs, providing ongoing support and guidance to teachers, and collecting data for reporting purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and learning theory, as well as experience in implementing educational programs in schools.

A passion for education and commitment to student success is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program implementation process
  • Collaborate with school stakeholders
  • Support teachers in effectively delivering the programs
  • Conduct training programs for teachers as needed
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theory
  • Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in life skills education or related fields is desirable
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi) is an added advantage
