Program Implementation Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective implementation of prevention services, focusing on teaching children personal safety skills and conducting awareness sessions with various stakeholders.

  • Implement prevention projects in schools, targeting children aged 6-18 years, and conduct awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and other relevant parties.
  • Document field experiences in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of activities and progress.
  • Adhere to operational protocols, submitting regular reports to coordinators and engaging in regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively within a diverse team environment. They should be keen to work with children and have a deep understanding of child development principles.

Key qualifications include a degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field. Experience in group work with children and adolescents is highly desirable, as is the ability to facilitate discussions and conduct sessions.

Desirable attributes include creativity, the ability to think outside the box, and fluency in multiple languages. The successful candidate will also be open to extensive local travel and adaptable to new environments.
