Hiring for a highly skilled Implementation and Management Specialist who can lead the Oracle HCM Time & Absence implementation, configuration, and ongoing management.

  • Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
  • Lead the team in ensuring optimal system configuration aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Time & Absence configuration and implementation, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes, including labor laws and HR policies related to attendance and leave management.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade and patch application cycles, with ability to adapt to changing technologies and systems.
  • Solid understanding of time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies related to attendance and leave management, with ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Time & Absence solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and address system gaps and issues.
