Product Management Leader for Acquisition Growth

This is a Senior Associate-Digital Product Management role within Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) organization at American Express. As a key member of the Enterprise Acquisition Products & Platforms (EAPP) team, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, evolving, and delivering a suite of products and capabilities that assist in tying the outcomes to marketing investments across diverse digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutioning & designing digital data products at scale for Acquisition along with exceptional feature prioritization, road mapping, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders to create and enhance foundational capabilities to modernize and accelerate acquisition growth by providing marketing performance measurement solutions.
Responsibilities:- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Continually stay abreast of new digital platform trends and customer needs
- Investigate customer needs and problems and break down high-level milestones into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Review and accept engineering deliverables, ensuring they meet all of the acceptance criteria
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Bachelors (or Master's) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital product management, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or acquisition domain (for Associate)
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital product management, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or acquisition domain (for Sr Associate)
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
