About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a critical position in our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team within the People Function.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions are necessary.
  • The ability to use good judgment, be discreet, and highly trustworthy, with demonstrated ethical conduct and integrity, as well as the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global policies and systems is crucial.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, are necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
