Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR professional to lead our HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management to maintain a fair and equitable work environment
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Supervise general administration, including facilities, vendor management, and office services to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Provide actionable HR data analysis and reports for informed management decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to drive business outcomes
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools to streamline HR processes
