Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving organizational success by providing strategic guidance and support to our business leaders.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. This includes recruiting, training, and developing top talent, as well as creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

You will also be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and benefits administration. Additionally, you will analyze metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • HR Operations: Oversee all HR operations, including payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation. Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of care, respect, and collaboration. Support internal audits and maintain updated HR MIS and personnel records.
  • Policies, Processes, and Communication: Ensure timely execution of HR policies and processes. Communicate HR policies effectively to employees through multiple touchpoints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR roles. Proven track record in hiring, HR data management, and development.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology.
