Overview: Idcube is a global software company specializing in physical security platforms. We are looking for a Presales Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales team with POCs and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Presales Management in Access Control and Biometrics products and excellent customer and service orientation.

Responsibilities: As a Presales Manager, you will be responsible for preparing sales presentations, solution designs, and architectures to help front-line salespeople with a better solution pitch. You will also manage the entire pre-sales process to support the sales team, identify requirement analysis and customization scope in tender documents, provide technical training to client staff as required, and comply with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication and social competence
  • Relevant 6+ years of experience in Presales Management in Access Control and Biometrics products
  • Should have presales project handling skills, risk assessment skills, team grievances handling skills, and the ability to complete project document submission in a timely manner
  • The structured approach combined with a careful, accurate, and result-oriented methodology, especially in problem analysis
  • The candidate should have a zeal to learn new technologies and an analytical understanding of the solutions
  • The candidate should take initiative & ownership for delivering the tasks assigned within the timeframe
  • Flexible to travel (as and when required)
