Presales Consultant

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a talented Presales Professional to join our growing organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in responding to large contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO industry, particularly in Customer Management Solution and Contact Centre Solution segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams to acquire new customers in North America and European markets.
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals to meet client needs.
- Manage bids and ensure high-quality proposals through coordination with stakeholders.
- Engage in RFI/RFP procurement processes and lead Proof of Concept (POC) developments.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4-6 years of experience in presales roles.
- Proven track record in the BPO industry, specifically in Customer Management Solution and Contact Centre Solution segments.
- Familiarity with North America and European markets is crucial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to engage clients at an executive level and understand their requirements.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is ₹40-60 lakhs per annum, considering the location and job responsibilities. Please note that this is a general estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
