
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business expansion efforts.
- To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimal delinquency, you will identify and develop strategic partnerships that drive growth while maintaining a strong focus on portfolio quality.
- With expertise in joint liability groups and disbursed loans, you will analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion.
- You will build and manage high-performing teams across assigned territories, fostering deeper market penetration and reach through effective leadership and coaching.
- As a key member of our team, you will assess potential client bases and products, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Disbursements, repayments, and delinquency management will be your top priority, with daily/weekly collections targets driving performance.
- You will closely monitor disbursed loans, especially those not meeting payment schedules, and undertake regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
- Maintaining a strong portfolio quality is crucial; you will track and control normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds.
- Building relationships with clients, both internal and external, is essential; you will establish a strong brand identity and foster trust with potential customers.
- Regular meetings and visits to centres will ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- A basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG models is preferred, but not required.
