**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Research Potential Buyers**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients interested in investing in resort properties.
- **Travel for Client Meetings**: Visit various locations to meet potential clients and promote the resort offerings.
- **Present Resort Features**: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the Green Heritage Resort, showcasing its benefits and attractions.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to encourage conversions.
- **Follow Up**: Regularly follow up with leads and provide them with necessary information to facilitate decision-making.
- **Collaborate with the Marketing Team**: Work alongside the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Provide Feedback**: Gather market insights and client feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
