Job description

Territory Business Executive (TBE or TL) represents the Company’s interests for a set of stores in his territory responsible for end to end management including establishing relationship, growing sales and reducing the lead time for issue resolution.

The top skills that are critical for the TBE to succeed are
- Complete ownership of the territory to deliver Business & Fundamentals in the account
- Building strong and sustainable Retailer relationships
- Joint business plans with top retailers
- Collaborating across the branch organization to deliver the key drivers of business
- Influencing & driving action basis strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Bias for action for resolving retailer conflicts and issues
- Managing Team - motivating them and driving results via effective people management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 per year
