We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients generating new leads building relationships and identifying business opportunities Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and site assessments - Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation and prospecting - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends market analysis and competitor activity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including installation and service teams - Meet and exceed sales targets including revenue and unit sales - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of solar products and services - Provide exceptional customer service and support Requirements - 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the solar industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Sales or a related field - Knowledge of solar products and services - Valid driver s license and ability to travel if required If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking to join a dynamic team please submit your application including your resume and cover letter to insert contact information Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Compensation Package Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Required Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 13 07 2025 Expected Start Date 15 07 2025
