Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rewa. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, implementing employee engagement initiatives, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution and support organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Candidate Profiling, and Application Management
  • Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Proficiency in developing HR Policies and implementing Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HR software and Talent Management Systems is a plus
