About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Performance Lead to join our dynamic team at Tech Mahindra. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Design, launch, and manage targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth, analyze customer interactions to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the inbound care team, focusing on identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Performance Governance:
  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and goals, provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills of team members, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales coaching or management role, preferably within a contact center environment, minimum 10 years of total experience.
  • Strong understanding of upsell and cross-sell strategies in a customer care context, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, experience in campaign management and incentive program development.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance management tools.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
