About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Associate.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualifying and classifying leads (hot, warm, cold).
  • Maintaining lead data in our CRM system.
  • Scheduling follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Gaining knowledge of the fintech and B2B debt markets.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi).
  • Confident, proactive, and organized.
  • Interest in fintech, startups, or B2B sales.
  • Students/fresh graduates in Business/Commerce/Finance preferred (others welcome if motivated to learn).
