About the Role
We're seeking a talented individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Associate.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Qualifying and classifying leads (hot, warm, cold).
- Maintaining lead data in our CRM system.
- Scheduling follow-ups for the sales team.
- Gaining knowledge of the fintech and B2B debt markets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi).
- Confident, proactive, and organized.
- Interest in fintech, startups, or B2B sales.
- Students/fresh graduates in Business/Commerce/Finance preferred (others welcome if motivated to learn).
