Article Trainee Job Description

We are seeking an Article Trainee to join our dynamic team of professionals. This role offers a comprehensive learning platform across diverse domains, ensuring holistic professional development under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits across industries by analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Support in GST, income tax, and TDS compliance, including return preparation and filing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Work on accounting, financial reporting, and management information systems for clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Contribute to company law, FEMA, and ROC-related compliance, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Participate in management consultancy, business advisory, and valuation assignments, utilizing analytical skills to provide expert opinions and recommendations.
  • Prepare and maintain working papers, documentation, and audit evidence, adhering to high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in the first attempt (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and accounting tools, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional firm environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
