Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) frameworks aligned with investment strategies and operational needs.
  2. Conduct deep-dive diagnostic reviews of financial statements and industry benchmarking.
  3. Assist clients in integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including planning and managing 'Day 1 Activities' for seamless business transitions.
  4. Support deal execution by providing timely and accurate data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making insights.
  5. Stay updated on relevant tax, accounting, legal, and sector updates that impact deal situations.

Program and Project Management:

  1. Lead functional workstreams, conduct interviews and workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement services effectively.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, identify risks and issues, and work with the team and client to create mitigation actions.
  3. Oversee the Integration/Separation Office, including project tracking, updating stakeholders, and preparing status update reports.

Client Engagement:

  1. Facilitate extensive interactions with senior client representatives, providing status updates, gathering feedbacks, and aligning deliverables with client objectives.
  2. Assist in preparing proposals and business development activities, including first-draft engagement letters and risk management considerations.
