
Drive Business Excellence as an Associate Business Head

Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned Associate Business Head to spearhead business growth, lead teams, and develop strategic plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Admissions & Business Expansion: Achieve admission targets for JEE & NEET divisions, plan strategies for student enrollments, and align sales, marketing, and academic teams for revenue growth.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams, set clear goals, track performance, and ensure accountability.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Design and execute BTL campaigns, drive strong branding, and monitor ROI of campaigns.
- Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers, ensure seamless coordination between teams, and track student experience and parent satisfaction.
- Strategy & Reporting: Analyze admissions data, identify new business opportunities, and share MIS reports with Business Head and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom.
- Expertise in BTL/field marketing & lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
