Sales Performance
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing and leading the inside sales team to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM software, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for cold calling and generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
