The role of a Franchise Sales Representative is crucial in the expansion and development of our schools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential business partners, negotiating deals, and implementing lead generation initiatives through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business partners for the expansion of our Pre-School franchise.
- Conduct city profiling to identify suitable locations for opening new Kidzee Pre-School franchises.
- Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives through various marketing activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential business partners.
- Evaluate prospect profiles to determine suitability as a business partner.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to acquire new franchises.
- Oversee revenue and profitability targets, product development, and launches in the region.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business partners and coordinate with them to ensure smooth operation of academic centers.
- Develop and maintain strong brand presence in target markets.
- Inspect and ensure that all academic processes and delivery meet company standards.
- Monitor market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends.
- Correct tier errors and perform necessary procedures to prevent loss of enquiries.
- Comply with all legal norms and regulations.
- Provide regular reports to management on acquisitions and center performance.
