About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth and profitability of our retail business. As the Head of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for leading franchise operations, identifying new properties for store expansion, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead franchise operations, including managing franchise relationships, negotiating property leases, and ensuring brand standards are met
  • Identify and evaluate potential properties/locations for new stores
  • Develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores, implementing operational policies and monitoring performance metrics
  • Build and lead a high-performing retail team, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving training and development programs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition
  • Proven ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and build high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in franchise and company-owned retail models
  • Strong understanding of retail market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to drive multi-location operations with efficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and retail management tools
