
Channel Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Point Lead in our organization.
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving channel expansion in their assigned territory, ensuring the effective operationalization of all points within a designated centre.
- They will own the performance of preferred outlets in the territory and work towards meeting acquisition and revenue targets.
- The Point Lead must maintain high standards of customer experience at Jio Points, while also monitoring and managing team productivity.
- In addition, they will be responsible for evaluating and training the team and channel partners.
Requirements:
- A strong educational background, preferably with an MBA, is required for this position.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience is also essential.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and influencing skills, as well as problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Leadership and management skills are also crucial for success in this role.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at Jio Points.
- Ensure efficient operationalization of all points within a designated centre.
- Own performance of preferred outlets in the territory.
- Monitor and manage team productivity.
- Evaluate and train team members and channel partners.
