Business Expansion Strategist

We're seeking a skilled Business Expansion Strategist to drive growth in specific industry verticals through strategic initiatives.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for assigned verticals by identifying potential clients, understanding customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor sales targets at the territory level on a weekly basis, highlighting deviations, and initiating corrective action as required.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated solutions and ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure order execution within predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Document customer specifications and forward them to concerned departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and policies to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Lead establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies for quick after-sales services.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints within predetermined timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
