We are currently seeking a driven Business Growth Professional to join our strategic expansion efforts.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth and success. As a Business Growth Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing and qualifying potential acquisition targets within the enterprise software ecosystem. You will need to build and nurture direct relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and advisors.

  • Target Identification & Origination:
    • Source and qualify potential acquisition targets in the enterprise software space.
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with potential targets and advisors.
    • Nurture prospects through the M&A pipeline by providing consistent, creative, and strategic follow-ups.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with senior leadership to align acquisition priorities with the company's strategic goals.
    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential targets and present actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
    • Track outreach, meetings, deal progression, and key insights from each interaction.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise software sales.
  • Background in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing complex business deals or partnerships.
  • Strong ability to lead commercial discussions with senior executives and convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
