About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic senior business development executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.

Your key responsibility will be to communicate the benefits of attending our flagship events and secure their participation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the event by delivering a strong, high-quality audience for our sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential delegates through proactive outreach, including cold calls.
  • Build strong relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers to secure their attendance at our events.
  • Communicate the benefits of attending our events and negotiate with delegates to ensure seamless event experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.
  • Represent our organization professionally and act as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
