
Human Resources Development Specialist

We're seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Analytics: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights. Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation: Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis: Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data. Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
4. Learning & Development (L&D): Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
Requirements:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
