Human Resource Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in various operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless employee data management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through various channels.
- Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and security for all employee groups.
- Proven experience in HR Shared Services / HR Services Delivery / HRO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
