As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts by identifying top talent through job boards and other channels.
  • Reviewing resumes and cover letters to ensure they meet the requirements for each role.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary materials.
  • Collaborating with the HR Manager to maintain accurate employee records and update our HRIS system.
  • Helping to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our company's goals.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and events that foster a positive work environment.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred. Qualifications for this role include:

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
