Job Description

As a key member of the Cisco Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the West region. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of Commercial Select Accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the West region
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on commercial accounts
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams
