Commercial Excellence Director and Service DBSL

At Danaher, we're committed to advancing science and technology to improve patient lives. As a Commercial Excellence Director and Service DBSL, you'll play a critical role in championing the HGM commercial capability, effectiveness, and growth mindset across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the Key Account Management (KAM) framework and tools to enhance commercial effectiveness
- Operationalize the Danaher Service Engine across HGM, focusing on building DBS capability in the service organization
- Review and prioritize service Kaizen funnel, while maintaining and ensuring the progress of the Certified Practitioner (CP) funnel and candidates
- Collaborate with Global Accounts (GA) teams to ensure alignment of GA needs with regional priorities
- Develop and implement training methodologies, frameworks, and curricula to drive culture changes and enhance commercial capabilities
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business consulting, learning and development, and/or key accounts in sales management
- Validated consultative selling skills honed within a sophisticated matrix sales environment
- Passionate about organization capability building and instilling a continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Strong influencing and teamwork skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and delivering business results without direct reports
- Commanding attention and respect, with executive presence and ability to establish credibility within the organization and with customers and partners
