Job Title: Hitachi Storage SME

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Hitachi storage solutions and be proficient in managing complex storage environments.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a live project, providing immediate support for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of SAN and storage environments, including collaborating with customer support teams, participating in problem-solving and troubleshooting, and maintaining systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage storage infrastructure, including capacity management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of storage configurations and procedures.
  • Provide expert-level support for storage-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above.
  • Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
