Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Storage Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade storage systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in storage administration, automation, and troubleshooting, with the ability to handle critical incidents and work in a 24x7 environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable storage solutions for high-performance applications.

- Administer and support NetApp Clustered ONTAP, Dell Isilon (Powerscale), and Pure Storage platforms.

- Manage Cohesity Data Protect and Dell EMC Networker backup solutions.

- Implement SnapMirror/SnapVault replication, backup catalog disaster recovery, and related processes.

- Manage tape libraries (Oracle, Spectra Logic, or similar).

- Automate systems administration and provisioning using internal tools, configuration management, and scripting (Ansible, Python preferred).

- Monitor storage utilization, provide insights into system performance, and ensure high availability.

- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve critical incidents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- 3-4 years of experience in storage administration.

- Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Solaris operating systems.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end storage operations.

- Ability to manage and resolve critical incidents and work in night/rotational shifts.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
