Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at ARaymond Network, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue for our global fastening and assembly systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in application engineering, customer service orientation, and data analysis. They will be responsible for executing sales and marketing plans, achieving individual sales targets, and providing custom proposals to clients.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their fastening and assembly needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their requirements. Your expertise in product knowledge, networking skills, and team-working will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training programs, seminars, and self-learning initiatives. You will also be encouraged to attend trade fares and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
