NAPS Project Details


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and manage our NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) projects.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client onboarding, operations management, and business development within the NAPS framework.


This role requires managing a team responsible for apprentice onboarding, contract management, payroll, and other related processes, as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.



  • Client Onboarding & Operations:
  • Manage a team of 10 professionals responsible for apprentice onboarding, contract raising, payroll processing, assessments, terminations, and other related tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, internal departments, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


Client Onboarding & Operations:


Oversee the onboarding process for B2B clients under the NAPS project, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project requirements.


Client Relationship Management:


Handle client escalations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.


Represent the organization on SSC platforms, establishing and maintaining the required project and operational procedures.


Business Development


Leverage existing connections with business owners and HR professionals to foster business development opportunities within the NAPS framework.


Generate leads and develop new client relationships for recruitment and staffing, expanding the company's footprint in the NAPS, NEEM, and NATS sectors.


Conduct industry mapping, client retention strategies, and salary negotiations, ensuring competitive advantage and client satisfaction.


Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, client management, or operations within the NAPS, NEEM, or NATS frameworks.
