Job Opportunity:

This role is responsible for driving business growth and practices. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning
- Understand clients' strategic priorities by lines of business and spend.
- Map relevant priorities to the firm's horizontals and capabilities, targeting buyers with propositions.

Proposition Development
- Develop offerings and services approach for market success.
- Understand market trends backed by fact-based research and map propositions available in the market by leading competitors.

Business Development
- Partner with BU / Horizontal Heads to build new business opportunities.
- Identify granular opportunities based on strategic planning and propositions.

Proposal Development
- Own proposal developments for client RFPs/ RFIs and proactive sales pursuits.

Team Management
- Manage a team of presales consultants, coaching them to respond to client RFPs/ RFIs effectively.

Key Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written & oral communication, presentation storyboarding skills.
- Fact-based analysis of the market and situations.
- Stakeholder management including C-suite and VPs in verticals and horizontals.

Required Experience:
- Post-MBA experience in a similar role at an IT firm.
- Proven record of people management.
- Prior experience in technology and US markets is highly desirable.
