Job Title: Business Unit Head – Clean Energy Division

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and commercialization of solar inverters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the solar/renewable energy sector, with expertise in solar inverter technologies and market dynamics.

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Solar Inverter Business Unit, combining strategic oversight, sales leadership, and after-sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a growth-oriented business strategy for the solar inverter division.
  • Lead sales and business development efforts, expanding market share in India and abroad.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars related to renewable energy.
  • Build a robust after-sales framework to ensure superior customer satisfaction and service reliability.
  • Partner with R&D, design, manufacturing, and sustainability teams to develop competitive products.
  • Attract, develop, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, product management, and service.
  • Manage P&L expectations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Embed sustainability principles in all aspects of the unit's operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in engineering (Electrical/Renewable) or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of solar inverter technologies and renewable energy market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and competitive strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to coordinate R&D and commercialization efforts.
