Role – Key Account Manager
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Key Account Manager who can combine exceptional communication skills with strong analytical and project management capabilities. This role requires someone who can closely monitor daily execution, make data-driven decisions quickly, and build trusted relationships with key clients while ensuring flawless delivery.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. As a Key Account Manager, you will:
Lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Oversee daily project execution with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Client Relations.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills (English and Hindi required; Marathi is a plus).
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience in the solar energy sector or strong willingness to learn quickly.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
