Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head – Clean Energy Division (Solar Inverter) located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Business Unit Head will oversee the development and commercialization of solar inverters, managing the complete product lifecycle from R&D to market introduction.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Solar Inverter Business Unit—a pivotal role combining strategic oversight, sales leadership, and after-sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute a growth-oriented business strategy for the solar inverter division.
• Lead sales and business development efforts, expanding market share in India and abroad.
• Represent Brandworks at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars related to renewable energy.
• Build a robust after-sales framework to ensure superior customer satisfaction and service reliability.
• Leverage our 3.2 lakh sq.
ft.
capabilities (ODM & OEM) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Partner with R&D, design, manufacturing, and sustainability teams to develop competitive products.
• Attract, develop, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, product management, and service.
• Manage P&L expectations, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Embed sustainability principles in all aspects of the unit's operations. Qualifications Bachelor's in engineering (Electrical/Renewable) or Business; MBA preferred10+ years of leadership experience in the solar/renewable energy sector Strong knowledge of solar inverter technologies and renewable energy market dynamics Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in project management and strategic planning Proficiency in market analysis and competitive strategy Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance Ability to coordinate R&D and commercialization efforts Why Brandworks Technologies?
